Board Of Directors
Kurtis Freidag - President

Kurtis Freidag joined the Tee It 4 Alz group 3 years ago. He is committed to the cause to honor his grandmother Francis who lost her life in 2022 after a long battle Alzheimers.
Kurtis has helped the group to launch "Memorial Tributes" which allows individuals to honor loved ones by displaying their picture and story for all golfers to see. It hass been great to see everyone's story front and center on the day of the event. It allows us all who have suffered from this disease to find comfort in knowing we are not alone!
Diana Holzgrafe - Secretary

I am forever committed to raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association. My Father, Harold “Harry” Phillips died of Alzheimer’s disease on January 18, 2008. Without the caring and understanding staff at both the Peoria and Quincy offices of the Alzheimer’s Association, my family would not have understood, or been able to cope with, the unrelenting challenges, twists and turns that Alzheimer’s presents. Our golf outing brings concerned people together to raise money for research, care, and support through the Alzheimer’s Association. It also brings awareness to families that are dealing with a diagnosis of a Dementia that the Alzheimer’s Association is there to help through its 24/7 Helpline, educational programs online or by phone, and online resources. Thank you for supporting our golf outing.
Mary Johannsen - 1st Vice President

It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to work alongside such an accomplished and dedicated group of volunteers, comprising the Tee it 4 AlZ Board of Directors and each of our committee members. Together, since our inception in 2019, our donations have increased by 1125%!!!
This remarkable success signifies that our golf outing along with the unwavering support of all those who participate and contribute financially, is making a substantial impact in funding research to eradicate the Alzheimer’s disease. Additionally, we are proud to also donate to the Illinois chapter of the Alzheimer Association as they offer education and support to all those affected by this debilitating disease
Thank you to everyone involved for your commitment and efforts. Together we can continue to make a meaningful difference.
Julie Streid - Treasurer

I have been apart of the committee since the inception of Tee It 4 ALZ. I believe that everyone has a relative or knows someone that has been afflicted with Alzheimers. In just the short amount of time that this organization has existed, we have already seen so many advancements in the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's disease. I hope to continue our efforts to help support further advancements in the fight against this terrible disease.
Dianna Gard Price - 2nd Vice President

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s when she was 62 years old. She fought the disease every day for 20 years before she passed away. My husband and I were her caretakers for 17 years. I volunteer with Tee It 4 ALZ to provide money for research that will find a cure for this horrible disease and for local support for families dealing with this terrible disease and all other Dementia. I have been on the committee for Tee It 4 Alz for 3 years and volunteered at the outing for 4 years. This is an awesome event! A fun way to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter.
